Pat has over 20 years’ experience in Strategic Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Management and Evaluation, Training and Development for management and staff, as well as Learnership Programs, Compensation and Benefits by benchmarking against industry standards. Transformation initiatives such as Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, Change Management, Culture and Diversity, Employment Equity.

Organizational Design and Job Evaluation, Designing and implementation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Benefits, Employee Relations and participation in Wellness Programs and Counselling, Climate Surveys, as well as Industrial Relations and negotiations with Unions. She is also an Assessor, Facilitator, Mentor and Moderator.

In her spare time, she serves her less privileged community by offering her coaching and mentoring skills to those in need, especially single mothers.
Her experience includes developing and motivating people and departments for multinationals and various industry verticals like medical, retail and wholesale, telecommunications, financial service and motor industry, as well as government departments.
